Ayurvedic massage is a sheer pleasure of a deeply relaxing indulgent body massage that takes a more holistic approach than western massages - aiming to relieve emotional stress rather than physical stress. Ayurvedic massage is one key part of ayurvedic therapy that results in a profound art of balancing the body and mind through mindful awareness and touch.
ABHYANGA
abhyanga (abee-yan-ga) is a luxurious, full body massage with warm herb infused oils that are designed to deeply revitalize, nourish, ground, and balance the body, nervous system, and subtle energies. The warm aromatic oils nourish the skin and mobilize deeper tissues, while gently cleansing and detoxifying the body allowing you to feel the healing effects for days. During the Abhyanga massage, marmas (secret energy points) are used to freshen and revitalize the body and strengthen the immune system.

GARSHANA
The Garshana is a traditional Ayurvedic dry massage that refreshes and stimulates the skin and lymphatic system, enhancing blood circulation and the release of accumulated toxins leaving the body radiating from beneath the surface of the skin. Garshana is traditionally done using raw silk glove. The Sanskrit word ‘Garshana’ translates as ‘rubbing’ or ‘friction’. The Garnasha is perfect before an Abhyanga massage to moisturize and soothe the skin

UDVARTANA
Udwarthanam is one of the most sought after Ayurvedic treatments for weight loss. It is a special deep tissue massage using herbal powders. In this procedure, the body is coated with herbal oils and then herbal powders called Choornams. It improves the blood circulation, rejuvenates the body and improves skin texture.

SHIRO ABHYANGA
Shiro Abhyanga is a Sanskrit term comprised of two words: Shiro (head) and Abhyanga (massage).
Shiro Abhyanga involves massaging the head, neck and shoulders with warm herbalised oil to calm and balance your mind and nervous system. These are the areas that are most affected by stress. The treatment directly and immediately soothes, relaxes and has a cleansing effect on the mind to experience a complete state of rest, similar to meditation.

Stefania Loreto
Stefania is a Yoga Teacher and Holistic Practitioner specialized in Ayurveda.
She followed the teachings of Sri Swami Sivananda and Sri Swami Vishnudevananda, graduating in Hatha Yoga at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta International School in Rudraprayag (India). Subsequently she under the guidance of the master Srivatsa Ramaswami she deepened the study of Vinyasa Krama Yoga, obtaining the diploma from Yogavahini Chennai (India). She is currently dedicated to the study of Siddha Siddhanta and Gitananda Yoga, a deep and vast system of tantric yoga whose origins are found in the revelations of the Siddar Saiva, especially belonging to Sri Kantar Sampradaya, at Matha Gitananda Ashram in Altare (SV) .
