Our Suites

The vacation apartments at Villa Barca Luxury Vacation Resort are all unique in their style.
Included in your stay is the complimentary access to the facilities of our wellness area and the entrance to the private chapel of the villa.

 

We offer a wide range of amenities to pamper you during your stay at our Italian Luxury Vacation Resort

- Abundance of private areas within our common grounds, flower- and vegetable-gardens, and patios

- Wellness area with heated infinity saltwater pool (May 15 through Oct 15),  plunge pool, outdoor shower, foot baths, massage services

- Private Chapel for meditation, yoga and mindful reflection

- Safe off- and on-street parking (limit of one car per room)

- Electric car charging station typ 2 (17kw)

- Laundry service - wash, dry & fold (extra fee)

- WiFi  (Fixed Wireless Internet - due to our location reception varies)

- Hiking trails starting right at the Villa

- In all suites within the Villa Barca estate, we offer a towel change every third day, as well as cleaning the bathroom, dusting, and vacuuming the rooms.

RULES & REGULATIONS

VILLA BARCA is an adult only, non smoking and no pet resort

Arrival

Check-In time: 2pm – 8pm (If you are arriving after 8pm, please call to advise us of your arrival time).

Check-Out time for guests and their cars is at 11am. Late Check-Out may be arranged if available.

Parking

We do offer off-and on-street parking with a limit of one car per room. Parking your car at Villa Barca is at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for damages inflicted to your car while staying at our guest house.

Minimum Stay Requirements

During the season the minimum stay is 3 - 4 nights depending on the period

Rates, Deposit and Payments

All rates are subject to change without notice and include applicable room taxes and fees. Rates are quoted in Euros (€) for single or double occupancy of a suite per night.

- A one night deposit is required for all stays.

We accept payment by Visa, MC or Amex for deposit.

The balance of the total stay is due upon arrival by Visa/MC, Amex or Cash.

Cancellation Policy

- For reservations cancelled or amended more than 28 calendar days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee (minimum 25€ per room).

- For cancellations made between 27 and 7 calendar days prior to arrival, 50% of the total charges will be applied.

- For cancellations made less than 7 calendar days prior to arrival, no show or shortening of stays*, 100% of the total will be charged.

* No refund for early departures.
