LA VILLA BARCA

In addition to the apartments on the historic country estate, Villa Barca also offers vacation apartments in the small hamlet of Case Soprane, just a 5-minute walk away. All the amenities of the villa are just a short walk away - whether it's a dip in the cool water or a meditation in our chapel at the start of the day, guests of the village house are always welcome!

All apartments are surrounded by beautiful nature and offer plenty of space for a relaxing and restful vacation. The apartments have well-equipped kitchens and cozy dining and sitting areas, both indoors and in the romantic gardens.

Guests of 'Ca dei Merli' are always welcome to enjoy the wellness options at Villa Barca, whether it's a long day by the pool or a well-deserved dip in the cool water after an eventful day out.

Just 150 meters from the villa, on the edge of the small hamlet of Case Soprane, lies the old village house “Ca' de Merli”. It once housed a large family of farmers, as well as the village shoemaker and seamstress.

Nestled between a romantic courtyard and Mediterranean gardens, the newly renovated apartment “Il Poggiolo” has a well-equipped kitchen, a wonderful bedroom, a living room and a spacious balcony with a view of the Mediterranean. Opposite the bedroom is a beautiful, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. The garden area invites you to sunbathe with a large outdoor shower, sun loungers and a dining area.

Once the barn and stables of the village house, the newly renovated apartment “Il Talamo” has a well-equipped kitchen, a wonderful bedroom with an antique Moroccan bed (180cm x 190cm with footboard!), as well as a living-dining area connected to the open kitchen. A beautiful, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and bidet completes the apartment. The garden area invites you to sunbathe with sun loungers and a dining area.
